He killed people who did bad things but even so I don’t think he’s redeemable at all. He was delightfully sinful, mad and very intelligent. He really got under her skin and manipulated her from the start so she really didn’t stand much of a chance even though she’s a really smart woman. It all started when London decided to take him on as her patient and it all kind of spiraled out of control from there on because Grayson definitely was different from any other patient of hers. I was completely enthralled by London and Grayson’s relationship. But of course not without it’s unexpected twists and turns. But I’ve read my share of dark books and this one was just something different from any other book I’ve read in the same genre and yes, it does actually work for them in a twisty sort of way. I know initially this sounds like it could be a little cringy and at first even I was wondering how in the world it could even work between these two characters. But I guess I have now!īorn, Darkly is a story about criminal psychologist London Noble who falls for her patient Grayson Sullivan who is a convicted serial killer. It’s definitely one of my favorite genres, although it is really rare that I find a dark romance book that I’m really into that isn’t written by Pepper Winters. As some of you may know I’m a huge dark romance fan. It didn’t take very long for me to get completely hooked by the story.

I actually randomly decided to read it when I was away one weekend and I had only brought my Kindle so I thought I’d just start it and see how far I’d be able to read. I got this book when it was a Kindle freebie back in March but I hadn’t picked it up to read until recently.
